Pot smoking, capital punishment more popular than Barack Obama in MySpace survey

IF MySpace users were to stage a coup in Australia marijuana would be legalised, capital punishment would be reintroduced and we’d be getting into the office at 11am during the four-day working week.
With more than 125 million users worldwide it’s possible the masses on the social networking site could take over Australia and their intentions have been made clear in a survey of more than 2000 Australian MySpace users.
An election for head of state would see Barack Obama get a quarter of the vote, ahead of fictional character Robin Hood at 10 per cent.
Kevin Rudd would know how it felt to be former Oppostion leader Brendan Nelson as only nine per cent of MySpace users said they preferred him to be the person to take the top job.
Mr Obama would have to tone down his religious rhetoric in the MySpace nation as 80 per cent of survey respondents wanted a secular state.
He’d do well to replace “In God We Trust” with “May The Force Be With You” as 12 per cent of people on MySpace claim to be Jedis.
