Royal Composition No. 39 H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej
Music : H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej
Lyric : H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej
No Moon, what do I care 'bout moonlight,
I have you smile, love, that's shining just as bright.
There's nothing I cannot do, dear, if you love me true, dear,
I have nothing to fear, my way is always clear.
No stars, I have no use for starlight,
I've your twinkling eyes to guide me quite all right.
Others may need the moon and even the stars too,
But I'm happy, whenever I'm with you.

I would suggest that even though the baritone sax appears to be in regal hands the lyrics are somewhat corny .. and the embedded music ? (oh dear, oh dear )
A special treat - more music from HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej (alto sax)
"His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand was born in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), but he received his school education in Switzerland. There (still being a Prince) he received his first musical education. He started to play the clarinet when he was ten years old. Living in Europe in the forties of the Twentieth Century, when jazz was very popular everywhere, he also developed a liking for this music, and it should not be considered surprising that his first compositions were strongly influenced by jazz music."
note the year 2542 equates to Anno Domini 1999 so "No Moon" ( 2550 ) dates from the "Year of our Lord" 2007
Quote: The sub-title of the second song shows the great sense of humor of HM The King!
