There was a story on the news bulletins yesterday about iphone users being charged $60,000 for downloading one episode of a TV series. I can't find much on Google about this other than..

Financial counsellors and consumer advocates fear unwary new owners of fast web-browsing phones, such as the new Apple iPhone, will be hit with unexpectedly high debt from bills for excess data usage.
Broadmeadows UnitingCare financial counsellor Garry Rothman said counsellors were reporting cases of clients with high phone bills for excessive internet usage.
The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman has also received complaints of high bills from web-browsing phones - some amounting to the "many thousands".
"Our office is concerned about people incurring large expenses for data downloads," deputy Telecommunications Ombudsman Simon Cleary said.
The cost of accessing the internet on Australian iPhone plans is more expensive than in countries such as the US and Britain, where there is unlimited data access.
