September 11th.

I woke up wearily, finished Chapter 11 and have discovered that while I may have untangled various cables I have lost one "important" (manufacturer specific) cable for an olde olde piece of equipment I have hardly ever used.

I am upset at losing one cable while surrounded by a myriad of other cables all of which can be replaced. It's not the fact that I absolutely need the cable but at the fact that what was (when it was purchased in 1996) an expensive piece of equipment (worthless today) although working and in good order will not function without the manufacturer specific cable worth no doubt less than $2.

I have mis-spelled appalling posts to mailing lists and will turn off this machine and worry not about cables, materialism or items not of flesh or mind.
