CHANNEL Ten newsreader Charmaine Dragun was unhappy living in Sydney and sent a text message to her boyfriend just minutes before she took her own life.The body of the 29-year-old, originally from Perth, was found by police at The Gap, in the eastern suburbs, on Friday afternoon.
Her boyfriend of eight years Simon Struthers, a forensic pathologist and a member of an indie punk band, was being comforted by family members yesterday.
The contents of the message to Mr Struthers have not been disclosed.
The Gap is a notorious suicide spot
