|Nine days at Nine !

My first work related activity this year ended on Thursday making it "Nine days at Channel Nine". I canceled the DEN appointment for Thursday at 3 pm and this has been rescheduled to next Thursday.
I enjoyed my Nine days at Nine and told the agency it was fun (which it was). I have now been paid for the first week - about $1048 (after tax) which is the first income this year.
As it turned out I believe I finished the project by appending statements for Channel Nine reporting which included items in the various genres of News, LEV (Lifestyle Entertainment and Variety), Sports and Children's and Drama. This included items such as Sixty Minutes and Sunday, AFL, Cricket and Mornings with Keri Anne ( http://mornings.ninemsn.com.au ) There were also a lot of technical sounding genres such as "helicopter" and various things about phased digital oscillation and such.
The Business Systems Analyst was off to the Snowy Mountains on Friday so I decided to call it a day on Thursday evening. I could have amended his code to take into account the funny names of some of these items but I felt (with him being a programmer and the code being a bit "odd") it would be best if I left it to him.
I guess I should get about $800 (after tax) for 4 days work (Thursday next week). I am still waiting for my tax refund.
