I kept my appointment with DEN. The job capacity assessment states that I should be able to work 23 to 29 hours per week in light skilled work. The person who signed me up told me that I was the first person he had interviewed who fell outside any category he had previously encountered. He normally deals with people who would have trouble as dishwashers or who have trouble reading and writing.
He doesn't feel there is a great deal he can do but he is obliged by law to sign me up. He has made the next appointment for two weeks time so that I can speak to their marketing manager who may be able to identify a "niche" in the market. From that date I am obliged to apply for 5 jobs per week and attend their offices for 3 hours on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
I have purchased some mandarins. The ozzie variety are cheap at the moment (99 cents per kilo).
