|logjam for Ubuntu Linux
||[Jul. 29th, 2007|05:03 pm]
I am posting this entry with the Live Journal client "logjam" for Linux which integrates nicely into the Gnome Desktop for Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty.
There is also a Live Journal user "logjam"
I am having to compose this in the gedit program as although logjam tells me that it can do spell checking I haven't figured out how.
There are features not found in Semagic - for instance it's possible to download the complete Journal to your local drive and synchronise and search the local drive for key words which if one has a large journal can prove useful.
There doesn't appear to be a preview menu so I guess it's a case of write the text - format it - post and review.
