"Fly me to the moon...."
Ella Fitzgerald sings
as if the moon were a place to go
with the cited type of wings.

In any case she asks for help
in getting to this place
but as almost everybody knows
the moon is tucked in space.

Wings would never get her there
neither 'gossamer' nor 'bee'
at least there's no departure tax
for leaving moons is free..

Bob Bain 31st. October 1993 (obviously concerned about what I saw at the time as obnoxious departure taxes at airports - which used to mean that one could be refused access to an aircraft unless one coughed up money - as happened to me in Hong Kong a few years earlier. Now arrival/departure taxes are incorporated in the cost of a ticket, which alleviates the guilt of governments for contravention of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights -that anyone has the right to leave any country....)
